things i am/have learned so far.
-you cant go back into the past so try to accept it and walk away. its okay to visit the past but you shouldnt live there.
-walking away from things because i am terrified of making a mistake is the worst mistake.
-its okay to be wrong. its okay to be sad. its okay to feel.
-there are better ways of coping.
things i still need to learn..
-i am myself and its alright if someone happens to not like me.
-its okay to open up and let people in.
